Tiny Toenails: April 2, Early A.M.

Notice the incredibly tiny toenails on the tiny paws on the pup to the left. See how sharp the toenails already are? Even puppy toenails need trimming. You would be amazed at how quickly those little nails grow. When the pups get a bit older, it will be time for me to begin their lifetime of toenail trimming. When the pups go to their new homes, their new owners will take over the toenail trimming duties so that the nails do not grow so long that the dog's feet are uncomfortable or too pokey for their people or dog friends.
